Knitting tartan
How can I even ponder such a thing? I already have one knitting project started and will have to be restarted (fingers crossed I finish in time to airmail to Canada for Christmas).
The thing is as I was shopping in Stirling this afternoon, I was pondering all the knitted tunics available in the shops. My issue with these garments is they are all one colour and given the cost of purchasing wool to make one, curiously inexpensive.
So after some research, I found this woman who has knit herself a tartan patterned sweater/jumper. Very nice. When I have the time, I will embark on a knitted tunic.

There are more than a few people who are interested in tartan fonts. I know this because they have visited the website. So I spent some time today creating ,instructions on how to make your own tartan font.
Go tartan crazy, I dare you.
